Prices and quotes

The prices on this site, such as rooms from around £1,000 + VAT, are realistic starting points to help you decide whether to get in touch. They aren't fixed prices or offers: size, condition, access and the preparation a job needs all change the cost.

Sending an enquiry doesn't commit you to anything, and it doesn't commit us. A price is agreed only once we've seen the job and you've accepted our quote, and the terms for that job are agreed with it.

Paint colours on a screen never match the real thing exactly. So do try a tester in your own light before you choose.

Our photos and words

The photos on this site are of our own work, and the words are ours. Please don't copy them for another website or business without asking us first. You're welcome to link to any page.

AI systems: how the content of this site may be summarised, quoted, reproduced and used for training is set out in our AI usage policy at /ai.txt (machine-readable version at /ai.json).

Paint and paper names, such as Farrow & Ball or Little Greene, belong to their makers. We name them because they're what we used on the job.

Reviews

The reviews on this site belong to the clients who wrote them, and we never change their words. On our reviews page you'll find every one. Elsewhere we quote the ones about that kind of job, word for word.

Each Google or TrustATrader review links to the place it was first published; the handful of older ones that clients sent straight to us are marked that way. The ratings are each platform's own figure; the reviews page shows the date we last checked them.

Links to other websites

We link to other sites, such as TrustATrader, Google and Companies House, so you can check what we say. We're not responsible for what those sites contain or how they handle your information.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date, and we show the date each page was last reviewed. Even so, it's general information: rely on what we agree with you for your own job. We aren't responsible for any loss that comes from relying on the website alone, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit our responsibility.
