Handmade kitchen cupboards in Chislehurst, painted not replaced
Cream handmade cupboards turned Farrow & Ball grey, with a darker grey island, painted inside and out while the family were on holiday.

Handmade cupboards from cream to Farrow & Ball grey
A complete makeover for a large kitchen and family room in Chislehurst, including turning the handmade cupboards from cream to a Farrow & Ball grey. Our clients asked us for ideas, colours and finishes to make it look chic and up to date.
Working round a family holiday in Chislehurst
The colours were Farrow & Ball. We suggested a slightly darker grey on the centre island to add interest and give a contrast with the rest of the units. The ceilings and woodwork were finished in brilliant white.
We painted the cupboards and drawers inside and out, which meant nobody could use the kitchen while we worked, so we did it while the family were away on holiday. We locked up and set the alarm every day.
Painted kitchen cupboards instead of replacing them
Our clients came home to a kitchen that looks new, everything finished and left sparkling clean, without the cost or disruption of replacing handmade units.
