What Was Involved: Complete exterior redecoration of this lovely Victorian property, including timber repairs:

Rot had started to get in on some of the porch supports and window sills. The best option would be complete replacement of these areas but we can add more life by applying wet rot wood hardener and cladding over the affected areas. Once sealed and decorated with 4/5 coats this will keep the elements at bay for a good number of years.

A range of specialist fillers, stabilising solution and the very best external products are used to ensure crisp clean high quality results that stand up to the weather as well as improving the kerb-side appeal.

The gables, garage & porch doors were all originally white, we suggested having the faces of the gables finished on black for more contrast and also adding the front door colour to the porch & garage doors. We think it ads a bit more character to the property.
